Happy Hour just happened

Tracking
I’ve been awful at tracking lately, but yesterday was a pretty typical good day for me, as far as amount of food consumed. (Fortunately, which has been a lot lately!)
So before I went to bed, I just wrote down everything that I ate during the day so I could track it when I got to a computer at work today.
After doing this (for time sake) I just took the net calories, fat, & fiber...

Pre Weekend Weigh-in
I’ve been trying to stay off the scale this week (surprisingly hard!) But I weighed in this morning, as a bit of pre-weekend view.
I’ve just been all over the place in the past couple weeks. I’ve seen it all from 215 to 220 (granted the 215 was just once), but it’s frustrating…
So this morning was 217.6. Middle of the road, I’ll totally take it.

After putting on the Employee Appreciation Party last night, the committee members had the opportunity to skate on the ice too (still had the Stanley Cup logos on it and all).

from the Main Kitchen after I filled up my water bottle before sitting down for a stream of online trainings.

I opened them, had 3, and knew I had to throw them away. The salt level was enough that I’d eat the whole bag and then go find something new. I just had a salad, so I’m not actually hungry.

I’ve had an iced skinny venti latte and I’m almost done with my 2nd water bottle of the day.
It’s 1030a and I’ve peed four times already. Seriously, I’m never going to get any work done with this many trips to the bathroom
eTools vs. My Plate
I am on the Weight Watchers program, and have all the eTools, but since I inputted my binge day on MyPlate, I’m tempted to use it again.
There is a bigger database of foods and values for everyday eating. I still do like the point system, but it’s interesting to see the rest of the values, like what’s high in sodium or carbs that I’m not counting with Points.

Accountability
So it’s all about accountability, right? And not sneaking food like I did a million years ago, but still have urges to do now. (sickening, right?)
