I hate it when people are dumb.
I’ve been in meetings literally all day. I finally got out of talking to people about 30 minutes ago. I started pulling numbers when I realized how late it was! Happy Hour just happened

Pre Weekend Weigh-in
I’ve been trying to stay off the scale this week (surprisingly hard!) But I weighed in this morning, as a bit of pre-weekend view. I’ve just been all over the place in the past couple weeks. I’ve seen it all from 215 to 220 (granted the 215 was just once), but it’s frustrating… So this morning was 217.6. Middle of the road, I’ll totally take it.

I grabbed a bag of Sun Chips
from the Main Kitchen after I filled up my water bottle before sitting down for a stream of online trainings. The blue bag - the yummy ones! I opened them, had 3, and knew I had to throw them away. The salt level was enough that I’d eat the whole bag and then go find something new. I just had a salad, so I’m not actually hungry. Don’t eat when you’re not hungry.
