I just ordered some fitness DVDs and body measuring tape from Amazon.com.
Surprisingly I’m enjoying the DVD workouts. I feel good and like doing them in my apartment. Especially since all the classes at my gym are scheduled during the lunch hour, which I can’t make.
And I haven’t actually done my measurements, like ever. Trainer for a day did them when I met with her, in January? I wonder if she has them on file and I could get them… So this’ll be interesting to do and track!
