So it’s all about accountability, right? And not sneaking food like I did a million years ago, but still have urges to do now. (sickening, right?)
So here we go. I stuffed my face yesterday. I lounged in the morning, watched a movie and ate cereal since I still feel pretty awful. I asked for the morning off, so my day was only 11 hrs, instead of 16+ (so needed).
But once I got to work I just wanted to eat. And eat. So this morning I wrote it all down. This is the first time I’ve used MyPlate, since I’m on WW, I’ll just use the point system, but in gross excess, I opted for plain & simple calorie counting.
This isn’t actually too far from what I used to eat on a regular basis (except I would have had an actual lunch too, not munched on a meal bar thing and get bored and move onto everything else — which is what happened). And putting the goals/weight into MyPlate, that’s still a lot of calories to eat on a regular basis. Proof I’m still a big girl and have a lot to do.
But here it is. In plain sight, everything that I ate yesterday, in excess.
