This has totally been one of my biggest changes. I drink coffee in the morning (with just a splash of sugar-free french vanilla creamer) and water all day.

TODAY’S GOAL:
Water. Cool clear water. Drink 8 glasses today. I don’t care if you have to get up to pee every five minutes at work. You can still have your morning coffee - but after that - nothing but water. You’ll feel better for it. Start off your weekend feeling cleansed and be happy it wasn’t a workout goal today!
